Thanks to all of you who responded and commented on our new pickup and delivery terms and conditions. We greatly appreciate all of your input and suggestions and we have made some changes to the new pick-up and delivery terms in order to better accommodate your garment care needs and still be able to provide Free pick-up and delivery service.
Our pick-up and delivery service will remain free with the minimums below :
– Pickup at the same time your previous items are being delivered: $35.00 minimum.
– Pickup without items being delivered: $50.00 minimum.
For example, if you have items for pickup at the time of a delivery, the minimum for that order is $35.00. That is, you will be charged $35.00 if the total order amount is $35.00 or less. If the total amount is over $35.00, you will be charged the actual order amount.
If you schedule a pickup without a simultaneous delivery, the minimum for that order is $50.00. That is, you will be charged $50.00 if the total order amount is $50.00 or less. If the total amount is over $50.00, you will be charged the actual order amount.
If you schedule a pickup and a driver is dispatched to your location, but nothing is available for the driver to pick up or you forgot to cancel the pickup, you will be charged a $20.00 missed pickup fee.
Cancelling a Pickup:
If you need to cancel a pickup, please do so by 4:30pm on the business day before your pickup in order to avoid fees. You may cancel by texting CANCEL PICKUP to 954-246-3150 or simply reply CANCEL PICKUP to your pickup reminder text.
